Important Rule: If your last professional clean was more than 60 days ago, we'll start with Zen Reset to bring your home up to a true maintenance standard.
What's Included - Every Zen Clean Visit
Focused on keeping a maintained home consistently fresh and sanitary:
Kitchens:
• Wipe and Sanitize counters & backsplash
• Clean sink and faucet, polish fixtures
• Exterior wipe of appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave)
• Microwave interior/exterior cleaned
• Cabinet fronts spot-cleaned
• Floors vacuumed and mopped
Bathrooms:
• Toilets cleaned and disinfected (bowl, seat, exterior)
• Sinks, faucets & counters cleaned and sanitized
• Tub/shower walls & fixtures lightly scrubbed and rinsed

All Rooms & Common Areas:
• Remove reachable cobwebs

Zen Reset
(Deep Cleaning & other Project Cleaning)
Who it's for:
Homes needing a major reset before maintenance can be efficient and consistent.
Best fit for:
• Move-in/move-out
• Homes not professionally cleaned in 60+ days (required)
• Heavy buildup (grease, soap scum, dust layers)
• Seasonal deep cleans
• Pre-listing/pre-photo cleaning for sale or rental
• Post-construction dust removal
What's Included - Zen Reset Deep Clean
Everything in Zen Clean, plus intensive detailing:
Detail & Build-up Removal:
• Doors, trim, door frames & light switches hand-wiped throughout
• Baseboards wiped in all reachable areas (not just lightly dusted)
• High-dust and hard-to-reach ledges wiped (within 2-step ladder limits)
• Extra attention to corners, edges, and dust-prone areas
Kitchen Intensive:
• More thorough degreasing of backlash & high-touch areas
• Cabinet & drawer fronts fully wiped (interiors available as add-on)
• Extra passes on floors and under accessible appliances
• Appliances exteriors detailed (handles, edges, tops)
Bathroom Intensive:
• Tub/shower walls scrubbed to remove visible soap scum & buildup
• Faucet and fixture detailing
• Grout in visible areas cleaned as much as safely possible
• Extra detail around toilet bases & behind toilets
Move-In/Move-Out:
When booked as move-in/move-out Zen Reset
• Focus on empty surfaces, closets, and storage areas
• Cabinet & drawer interiors included when in scope
• Inside of empty fridge/oven can be added as upgrades
• "Show-ready"/ landlord-ready preparation for turnover
Post-Construction:
For homes after construction or renovation (kitchen remodels, bathroom projects, basement work, flooring, etc.):
Multiple passes to remove fine construction dust from:
• Window sills & ledges
• Baseboards & trim
• Accessible vents and registers (exterior surface only)
• Light fixtures within safe reach
• Careful wipe-down of doors, switches, and high-touch areas affected by dust
• Extra floor work: vacuuming with detail tools + mopping (often more than one pass)
• Removal of light surface debris (not full debris/haul-away services)
Note: We are a Cleaning Service, not a junk removal or heavy debris contractor. Large debris, paint removal, adhesive scraping, and exterior window cleaning are out of scope and will be clearly marked in your quote.
Typical Investment
Most Zen Reset projects start at $735 per visit.
Move-in/Move-out and post-construction are quoted as Zen Reset projects with added time for through dust removal.
Final pricing is based on:
• Square footage and number of beds/baths
• Condition (light, lived-in, or heavy buildup / construction dust)
• Travel/parking zone (surcharges apply)
• Specific scope requirements (standard deep clean, move-in/out, or post-construction)
Deposit Requirement: All Zen Reset jobs over $1,000 require a 50% deposit at booking.
We confirm scope with photos and/or a brief video or in-person walkthrough, then provide a single, all-in project price.
Add-Ons
Premium Detailing Services (Available with Either Service)
These are specialty detailing upgrades added to Zen Clean or Zen Reset when appropriate. Each is priced as a flat-rate line item, not hourly:
Interior Windows
• Inside glass & reachable sills for a set number of panes (quoted in groups, e.g., 5 panes)
Inside Refrigerator – Deep Clean
• Full empty (client responsible for discarding expired food)
• Shelves & drawers removed where possible
• All interior surfaces cleaned and sanitized
• Shelves replaced and items organized in a simple, tidy layout
Inside Oven – Detailing
• Rack removal (where safe)
• Interior degreasing & wipe-down
• Glass door cleaned as thoroughly as current condition allows
Inside Empty Cabinets & Drawers (Kitchen)
• Empty interior (client may pre-empty for speed)
• Vacuum crumbs/debris
• Wipe interior surfaces
• Reset items in simple organized fashion (if requested and time-appropriate)
Blind Wipe-Down (Per Room)
• Hand-wipe blinds (both sides) where reachable and safe
• Light dusting only for very delicate or damaged blinds
Add-ons are quoted as flat-rate line items, priced as premium detailing, not basic cleaning.
