    First-time clients and homes not professionally cleaned in 60+ days begin with a Zen Reset (deep clean). After your initial Reset, you can transition to Zen Clean at your preferred frequency.

    IF CONDITIONS DIFFER

    We pause, document, contact you, and never proceed without your approval. You're always in control.

  • Number 3

    CANCELLATIONS

    48+ hours' notice: No fee. Under 48 hours: Deposit forfeited, $85 fee may apply. Lockout: $85 minimum fee. We understand life happens—just communicate as soon as possible.

    DEPOSITS

    Deposits are required to secure your visit. Jobs over $1,000: 50% deposit required. Applied toward your final invoice

    PAYMENT

    Card (preferred for recurring — securely stored), Zelle, ACH. Recurring clients: card charged after each visit with invoice sent before processing.

    SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

    Contact us within 24 hours with photos. We'll return to address issues at no cost. Re-cleans cover missed items from the original scope, not new messes created after we left.

    Secure pets, Ensure access, Clear personal items. Communicate special requests or focus areas in advance. You don't need to pre-clean—that's our job
